• Property information from public records, such as ownership and county filings.

• To run and improve our website and keep records required by law.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example, our phone, email, and website providers), with title companies, attorneys, or buying partners involved in a transaction you agree to, or when required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
